Our Vision:

A functional LRMS that effectively develops and distributes adequate and varied learning resources to teachers and learners of public schools and Alternative Learning System of the Province of Masbate.

Our Mission:

To maintain a hub for all LRMS concerns for the teachers and school administrators of SDO Masbate and to provide Technical support for LRMS Coordinators in the Division.

To be the source of news and updates on LRMS events and issues.
